Had a great experience purchasing a QX60 with Scott Bell. Would have given 5 stars on the process if the original trade in value was more in alignment on current state. However they matched a higher value that i a was given from another dealer..in the end the final outcome matched my expectations. I would definitely work with Scott on your next vehicle.

Their parts department claims to be open to 5 but the parts employees are "all gone for the day" I'm told at 5 or 10 to 5 . There's a reason why I stopped bringing my vehicle here for service, and now a reason not to buy their parts even during their stated hours. Used to deal with a service guy called Lukas that knew how to run things like a top and I gladly spent thousands there in maintenance etc but I've had nothing but bad experiences since I've seen him around less. It's unfortunate but people have jobs and need parts. Don't advertise to be open til 5pm if parts closes at 4:50 and you're telling people theyre already packed up and home for the day at 4:55. Advertise that you need to be there prior to daily shut down at 4:45 and people will make it work don't waste their time and gas money right now at least !

Be very careful when dealing with Oakville Infiniti. I have had many higher end vehicles and am versed in dealerships (Mercedes, bmw) but none have been quite as sneaky. You will be told your vehicle needs services that are not necessary. In my case, lifetime oil changes were negotiated into my vehicle purchase, however in the fine print I had to pay for other services to receive the oil changes. These services were out of the ordinary and unnecessary (verified by Independent mechanic later who ended up servicing my vehicle). I had asked to speak with the owner who never bothered to call back me back. Unfortunate given we had planned on upgrading our Infiniti. In the end, save yourself the aggravation and money and take your business elsewhere.

I’m a returning customer of this dealer. Looking to lease a new car from them. The sales rep took all the info she needs about the vehicle I’m looking for and was very helpful. When it came to the price of the vehicle, I was kept waiting for 45 mins for a sales manager to provide me with it. The sales rep kept going back and forth to her sales manager - who is literally just sitting at his desk alone and not serving other clients. Not sure what was so complicated about giving me a price. Two other clients came after me and were served before me. At the end and after waiting for so long, I didn’t get a price. I just left and took my business elsewhere.

Giving me high price and told me they can’t arrange test drive if not confirming the price. I would ask the dealer here how I can know if the vehicle worth the price if no test drive. If the test drive was based on a firm price, you should tell me on the phone, not tell me after I arrived. It looks a trick. I would tell you that I just bought a vehicle, same model with yours, from other dealer. I was really a buyer, but you kicked me out from your store. BTW, I just found the vehicle in your store price declined 1000 dollars. I don’t know why. Normally those vehicle dealers of Japanese makes, would emphasize service quality, giving more respect to clients. But this one looks different. They seem old school aristocrats, full arrogance.

Amazing experience! Raj is an exceptionally great sales manager. Him and his team went above and beyond for my Husband and I when we were looking into getting a new car. We appreciate everything Raj did for us. We will definitely be returning and referring people to come see Raj and his team at Oakville Nissan/Infiniti!
