★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
The company was very quick on setting up the new policy.
However, now I need to add a new vehicle on my auto policy. For a few days no-one returning my calls or answering my emails. I decided to go to the office of this company in Sherwood Park and see if I can add the car on the policy. The guy who opened the door was very rude with me saying that if I left the voice mail somebody will get back to me with no ETR.
Definitely switching the insurance company! They will not get my business ever again!

I just about called every insurance company there is available, and they do not compare to this guys here, the prices are great and the customer service is just on another level, I wish all company's had same service, good for you guys, and huge thank you to Chelsea Peter's for helping get insurance for an awsome price when I needed it.
Over all best place for insurance out there in my opinion give them a call if your looking for insurance you won't regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to fix my friend's car and offered a complete low-ball offer to pay her out, way below blue book price. They had her waiting for 2 weeks before they would even do anything. They're quick to take your money like all insurance companies but when you actually need help they refuse to pay. So her car is just sitting there because they refuse to fix it and she won't take their completely insulting offer. They gave her cheap a rental for 12 days and still refuse to fix her car and are forcing her to take their low-ball offer. Worst company ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an extremely good policy with them for my auto and home insurance needs. However, trying to get ahold of a customer representative is near impossible. I have to call multiple times to get through and for an urgent matter, they lack urgency. But once someone does finally contact me back the service is good. But I want to give Valerie a shout out because she is the best to deal with. I just think you guys need to have more representatives to help with the demand of your clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using one of those online brokerage sites I was presented with Millennium as the best value for both my home and auto needs. After a delayed response to my interest in signing up and some communication difficulty with my agent I successfully initiated my policy. I am very happy with the rates given to me for both home and auto. I also recently started researching insurance on an electric vehicle only to be dismayed with how backward and out of touch most other companies seem to be on pricing. I am very happy to report Millennium is not one of those companies as they are progressive, fair and competitive on ev pricing. I also started delivering for one of the major food delivery companies in my area and heard horror stories from others as to the cost of additional insurance. I'm glad to report that yet again Millennium is progressive and very reasonable in adding additional coverage for food delivery. This gives me piece of mind and allows me to work without the anxiety and worry of not being covered in case of an accident. Millennium has also vastly improved in their communication and I feel very confident about them acting as my agent.
