★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a flood I was directed to Millennium Flooring thru the insurance, after speaking with Rick he was able to help me pick out a great replacement laminate floor and some berber carpet to replace what was there. The installation went quickly and professionally and I called Rick in person to thank him and his crew for a job well done! Cant say enough about how I was treated and the end result was fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Owner quotes me $3 a square foot more than the most expensive competitor, that is $1000.00 more than any other flooring company. Rude and unprofessional told me to go shop elsewhere. Thank you Captain Obvious I think I will!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I don't live in Orleans, I decided to invest time in driving to the store given the tasteful photos on the Millennium Floor Covering website. When I arrived, I was greeted by Denise. My project was small (wool carpeting for a basement staircase) but the time and care that Denise took with me, made me feel like a very valued customer - it was one of the best shopping experiences I ever had. Recently, I had another small project (vinyl plank flooring for an urban cabin). Again, Denise demonstrated her amazing customer service skills and immense technical knowledge of flooring. Both projects were completed within the timelines that I was given. If you have undertaken renovations or ordered materials to do renovations, you know that this is not a common occurrence. I will not hesitate to use Millennium Floor Covering for my next project or to continue recommending the store to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional services. Wasted my time measuring the house for a new carpet and before even giving me a quote called and said the owner refuse to provide a quote. Maybe the owner should inform himself before wasting other people time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a big scratch on my floor and Shawn from Millennium came this morning, removed and replaced it and did a great job! It showed that he has the experience needed to do this in a timely manner! Everything went smoothly. What scratch? Shawn made it disappear!!! Thank you so much!!
