 I had my stair railing replaced for a modern glass model. I'm super happy with the results, the installer was superb, the quality materials, my whole family is impressed. Thanks to the Allaire carpentry team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait faire mes rampes par les Menuiseries Allaire et j'ai eu un service après vente médiocre. Mes rampes ont été posées avec plusieurs défauts (grafignes, coupes mal faites, poteaux grafignés, bois "chipé"). Aucun suivi n'a été fait avant 3 semaines et la personne qui m'a finalement téléphoné a tout mis sur le dos de l'employé comme si ce n'était pas sa responsabilité à lui de faire un suivi auprès des clients alors que c'est lui le supérieur. À noter que celui qui m'a téléphoné était très arrogant. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit considérant les prix demandés versus la qualité des services.
I had my ramps made by Menuiseries Allaire and I had poor after-sales service. My ramps were installed with several defects (graffiti, poorly made cuts, graffiti posts, "chip" wood). No follow-up was done for 3 weeks and the person who finally phoned me blamed the employee as if it was not his responsibility to follow up with customers when it was he is the superior. Note that the person who phoned me was very arrogant. I do not recommend this place considering the prices charged versus the quality of the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjours, juste dire merci aux gens de Menuiserie Allaire, j'ai fais fabriquer les escaliers pour une cliente. Il y en avait 7 dans la maison. La cliente tout comme moi avons été plus que présent et je dirais même un peu tannant avec nos fréquents appels et courriels. Ils se sont toujours montrés patients et de bon conseil, les dates de livraison ont été scrupuleusement respectées. des installateurs courtois et compétents. Merci à Géneviève et à Christian plus spécifiquement.

The client like me was more than present and I would even say a bit annoying with our frequent calls and emails. There was a minor communication which initially irritated me as it delayed the installation of the glass and railings. However, the final product was phenominal and the installation team was extremely nice. Defiantly would use again because of quality, installation and final results.
