★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly... Was not able to simply walk around and look at pine slabs without a lady telling me I wasn't allowed there without a vendor. But no help or assistance was given/offered so I just walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 250 sq. feet of 8" width tongue and groove white pine. Was told 85% of the wood would be 'parfait'. What I got was a mix of widths, 8", 7.5", 7.25", and a mix of thickness, 1/2" and 3/4", and most of the wood was warped or damaged. I could use maybe 30% of it. Had to get a whole new order from a place near my cottage. Should have gone there to begin with. I will never use this place again, all I got from Pro-pin was expensive firewood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a wooden item for about 300$ and asked for it to be tinted a certain color. I was told it could come out "a little darker". More like "completely not in the same color palette" would have been better wording. Now I have a chocolate slab that looks nothing like the samples I was shown and which I would have never bought in the first place. Not planning on going there again.

Then ordered custom coloured barnboard/shiplap for bathroom renovation..product ready in the time they promised..even in these Covid times..looks great..
heading back for some barn doors and hardware once showroom is open

We were shorted 35% of our flooring, but didn’t measure each board when it was delivered (in one bundle of various lengths) so we had to pay again to finish the floors. The two brothers that own the business are equally indignant. We were treated like liars- and if it isn’t the owners who are the scammers, they’ve got some warehouse people running a scam. Stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First order was many weeks late. A year later obtained a quotation for more work and now they will honour their own written quotation as they admit they made a mistake. Do not recommend, will gladly pay more to deal with professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. We were quoted a price for material via messenger and when i was ready to pay, Pro-Pin almost doubled the amount quoted. I messaged them afterwards saying that we were a little upset that they did not honour the quote and their response was priceless. "we go wit the price of the market, as you probably no, the price goes up every day. to be sad for us. the construction have never been good like that".
Pour répondre à votre réponse, votre soumission n'était même pas un mois. Depuis, j'ai acheté du pin 1x8x8 à Rona et j'ai fabriqué les boîtes moi-même pour beaucoup moins cher. Joyeuses Pâques!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5 stars for their pine. 1/5 stars for the "solid" 6-panel doors. I thought I was buying Canadian-produced pine doors, but they came from Brazil. One door didn't take the stain very well, like it has glue smeared all over it. I also realized the doors are veneered when the veneer started to peel off from the same door. Big disappointment for my new doors. Consider sourcing only locally made solid pine doors! People come to your store because they search for a quality product, and are generally willing to pay for this. If I wanted a Home Depot product, I would've gone to Home Depot.
