Je me suis fait avoir! J'ai consulté cette entreprise pour du plancher flottant plutôt qu'une grande surface. On m'a conseillé d'en acheter plus que ce que j'avais calculé à cause des pertes lors de la coupe. Voilà qu'il m'en reste deux boites non ouvertes et ce vendeur refuse de les reprendre. Quelle arnaque! J'aurais été mieux servie dans une grande surface. Là au moins ils reprennent le matériel acheté en trop lorsque les boites ne sont pas ouvertes.

Bon service lors de l'achat. Mais par la suite......c'est vraiment pas fort. Service après vente un gros zéro. Un soutraitant installe et par la suite personne du magasin ne nous contacte afin de s'assurer de notre satisfaction. Nous attendons encore qu'il se décide de venir faire les réparations demandés en décembre. Si c'était à refaire certain que nous ne choisirions pas cette endroit.

Nous avons reçu des compliments pour nos marches et rampes de notre entourage. Le plancher Mirage est d'une très bonne qualité. Je vous recommande cette entreprise de bois franc en Outaouais. PLEASE READ THIS Most unreliable, unprofessional, company that I have EVER dealt with. I bought the hardwood and booked the installation through the company, but the installer never showed up. Also, the delivery guy left the hardwood in the garage, 2 days before the installation. Later on I found out that the hardwood has to be room temperature to climatize the wood, the climitization takes around 3-7 days for it to become room temperature. So, the delivery guy left the wood inside the garage(not room temp) knowing that the installation is in 2 days. Now I was forced to delay the installation because the hardwood would not be good to install, with 2 days being in the garage. Now the installation day comes around, and guess what? The installer doesn't show up 3 days in a row. The company never even called us to let us know that the installation guy will not be showing up, leaving us completely clueless. You might be thinking that this is where the review ends, but what I just explained up top is not even the worse part. After going back and forth through email, and finally being able to get in contact with the owner. Rock Therrien repsonded to the email saying "I am not bilingual." This is a very unprofessional repsonse which set off a red flag, but mistakes so it wasn't a big deal. However, I decided to put the past in the past, and decided to continue with the installation. After another few calls back and forth with a sales person, we were able to confirm another installation date and the sales person said it will be done in 2-3 days.But for some reason. Rock Therrien demanded that we pay upfront for this installation, even though the original agreement was to pay after the job was done. Keep in mind, this point the installation has been delayed for 2 WEEKS. I decided to pay before the installation because I wanted to get it done and over with, even though I did not like that he was asking for a payment beforehand. Now, with everything paid for, the installer finally shows up to our house. You might be thinking this is where the happy ending comes in. Nope. The installer states that this job will take 5 DAYS, when the sales person stated it will take 2. This delayed all of my familys moving plans AGAIN. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

We are very happy with the restoration of our stairs done by Mr. Alex. The work is impeccable and the whole deserves a big 10/10
