S	Steve Corriveau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont fait une installation de tapis dans une de mes pièces dans mon sous-sol. Le problème c'est qu'ils ont installés la mauvaise épaisseur du tapis choisis. J'avais spécifiquement demander aux installateurs si c'était le bon avant qu'ils installent! Ils ont refais l'installation du bon tapis mais sans m'appeler pour prendre rendez-vous, ils ont juste décidé de le faire tel journée tel heure sans me demander. Le propriétaire à essayer de me convaincre de laisser l'originale et/Ou mettre le nouveau par dessus l'autre!?? Lors de la deuxième installation, Ils ont étendu une poudre qui à fait un nuage intense qui s' est rependu presque dans toute la maison. J' ai installé un plastique pour isolé la pièce et fermée le ventilateur du système de chauffage quand je me suis aperçu aussitôt. Cette poussière est cancérogène en passant. J' ai des enfants et des chiens dans la maison. J'ai demandé d'envoyer quelqu'un pour nettoyer le pièce et le passage et à aucune communication de retour. La prochaine étape va être l'avocat et CNESST. They made a carpet installation in one of my rooms in my basement. The problem is that they installed the wrong thickness of the carpet chosen. I had specifically asked the installers if it was the right one before they installed! They redid the installation of the right carpet but without calling me to make an appointment, they just decided to do such a day such time without asking me. The owner trying to convince me to leave the original and / or put the new over the other! During the second installation, they spread a powder that made an intense cloud that spread almost throughout the house. I installed a plastic to insulate the room and closed the heating system fan when I immediately noticed. This dust is carcinogenic by the way. I have children and dogs in the house. I asked to send someone to clean the room and the passage and to no return communication. The next step is going to be the lawyer and CNESST.

Le plancher a du nous être livré en décembre alors que nous avions dis au vendeur qu'il serait posé en février seulement. Ce n'était pas un problème pour nous; nous comprenions le manque de place. Par contre, le vendeur nous avait indiqué que nous pourrions retourner les boites non utilisées. J'ai donc tenté de les contacter depuis le 18 février pour finalement avoir une réponse aujourd'hui le 30 mars comme quoi nous avions 30 jours après la réception du plancher pour effectuer un retour. Grande déception de notre part, nous ne recommanderons pas cette compagnie. 2 stars given for the following reasons: We ordered a floor around November 2021. The floor must have been delivered to us in December when we told the seller that it would only be installed in February. It was not a problem for us; we understood the lack of space. On the other hand, the seller had told us that we could return the unused boxes. So I tried to contact them since February 18 to finally get an answer today March 30 that we had 30 days after receipt of the floor to make a return. Great disappointment on our part, we will not recommend this company.
