Besoin d’une toile Sojag qu’ils ont en inventaire sur le site internet, j’appelle avant de m’y rendre car plus de 500 km de chez moi, ne peuvent valider en ligne, on doit se présenter sur place. Je m’y rends, on me promène d’un département à l’autre pour finalement me dire qu’on ne la trouve pas! Je propose de laisser mon no cellulaire en disant que je la prends s’il la trouve, on me réponds que je devrais être sur place immédiatement s’ils l’ont! Très mauvais service à la clientèle!
