★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get my watch fixed up and so I went downtown. I visited 2 other watch repair shops and neither could do it. One thing did have in common was that they reccomended this watch shop. I went into meticulous and was out within 10 mminutes. Not only did he completely fix my watch into mint condition within minutes, he helped me resize and fit it to my wrist with ease. Extremely efficient, great price, and wonderful services. Meticulous is the way to go when it comes to watch repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed. Paid over $50 to have my watch cleaned and the battery replaced, and only the crystal had been cleaned. The backing and clasp hadn't been touched.
More than one star because the battery was changed like I'd asked, and their demeanor was pleasant. Less than three because the majority of the cost wasn't carried through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience. I tried two other places that do watch repairs and neither of them were able to check if I had a dead battery or if my watch was broken. Both told me it had to be sent away for 2 weeks and it would cost me $35 no matter what. For a cheaper watch... that process would not be worth it.
I walked into meticulous and was greeted in such a friendly manner, he popped open the watch within the first minute, changed the battery and had it working again! Quick, fast, great price and most of all... super friendly service!
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their storefront location is at 638 Johnson St. in Victoria, BC, Canada. They do not display all of our watches in the store so if you have a specific watch you would like to see please contact them before you arrive to be sure it is on-site.
They purchase vintage watches by all major brands in any condition and are also a full-service repair shop, specializing in vintage watch restorations. If you are looking for a repair, they will be happy to give you a free estimate of the cost to repair it.

of my watch. They detailed via email recommendations repairs @costs. It is rare to receive this level of service and care.

The price was very reasonable to have a minor repair/cleaning done to my Seiko 5 automatic and some quartz batteries replaced. Quick turnaround too. Definitely recommended and I will certainly go back the next time any of my watches need servicing.
