Today was different, as an individual kicked me out because my second piece of ID did not have my name embossed. Not only have I never been thrown out of anywhere for that (although it’s likely correct), but this employee was rude and curt about it instead of compassionate and professional. Not a great way to foster returning customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being from Scarborough Ontario, seeing this place was a God send!!. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about all products. The store is clean beyond belief and has an open concept that allows you to flow from one area to the next. There are dry cannabis selections, which there are plenty lol, shatter, oils, tinctures and more that I'm forgetting right now. These guys are in a class of their own as I hit dispensaries in California ( L.A, Anaheim, Venice beach and San Francisco ) and none of them could touch the quality of the product or the helpful attitude displayed by staff. A big cyber high 5 from me, when I'm back on the west coast I'm hitting u guys up again. Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you like to gamble. Service is hit and miss. They don't allow dogs or bikes in the store. The push a posh environment, but the quality doesn't reflect the price. A facade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today because they were the only dispensary I could find with the flower I wanted in stock. Staff is very unfriendly, not chatty nor personable. Plus they were glaring at the guy behind me. Just seemed like they hate their job or at least everyone they serve lol
I suggest spending your money elsewhere, there are plenty of other local dispensaries that could use your patronage and provide a better experience. Even other FARM locations are better.
