My favourite cannabis store in Victoria. The best pot shop in town with the nicest bud tenders. Very welcoming.

Very friendly and polite staff. Very knowledgeable with the products I'm looking for. Great little shop with a large variety of the good stuff! Very affordable and I love the fact I can buy a very small amount, or large amounts without being hurried out the door!! ❤ this place!

I had a strange experience with Siobhan that manages this store and don't feel comfortable shopping there anymore. I bought a verse cartridge from them which leaked resin through both ends and caused the next cartridge I used get stuck and not function. When I tried to remove the cartridge from the vaporizer the cartridge broke due to resin which had been clogging up the vaporizer. I didn't get to use either of these cartridges as the verse one did not function and the next one did not work because of the resin left behind by the verse cartridge. I went to the store with the full cartridges and spoke to Siobhan and showed her what had happened. She assured me that it was illegal to return marijuana products but encouraged me to go through BC Cannabis Stores Customer Care Centre to get a refund and 'guaranteed' me I would be reimbursed. After emailing with them they let me know that it is actually not at all illegal to return marijuana products. I called the store and spoke to Siobhan again who told me that I had admitted to stepping on the cartridge and that was why she wouldn't return it. I was honestly a bit shocked that the manager of this store was lying to me about me. I don't think that people should be treated like this so I tried to contact the owners and have left multiple messages that have not been returned over the past month. Just seems like a whole lot of bad juju and unethical behaviour. In my experience the owners don't seem to care about customers and Siobhan lied to me about me.. which is honestly kind of creepy and very unprofessional.

Staff are very friendly, decent prices - I'm a regular shopper. I love the location! the interior paint is a solid shade of green and comforting. I like the front entrance to the store too.

Great store. Left with some cool swag and got the best weed and vape in town. Cheap prices good staff and really nice from the inside.

Just visited this store for the first time today. Definitely my go to store from now on. Friendly customer service made me and my dog feel welcome, even offered dog treats for my dog. Got some free swag with my purchase and a discount for it being my first time there! Will be a regular here.

I can't say enough about this store. The best prices in town and wonderful staff. The store is tucked away and very bright and welcoming inside. Always fully stocked with a lot to choose from. Have visited their Duncan location as well, which was an equally pleasing experience.

The guy who helped us was so informative warm, welcoming and genuine. We would definitely come back here.
