★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twenty years ago when I worked under her, this particular Seniors Advocate demonstrated to me she was conceited, dishonest, callous, manipulative, vindictve and ruthless. Maybe over the years she has reformed herself, but I doubt such an arrogant person can do that. So be very careful if you have dealings with her. Best to not have any at all.
