S	Samantha Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't smile much, nor did they seem too overly pleased to help anybody. Also, they forgot to provide us with a fork for our poutine.
A	Ali M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst managed McDonald’s. They constantly get cars to just wait in the parking lot instead of the drive through and then make you wait 15 minutes for a single burger.
K	Karan Doraha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the fuckinn worst McDonald’s. I ordered two mcflurry oreo‘s, the girl didn’t put the oreo. I have there again explained everything. The guy named Gurjeet doesn’t even know how to speak with customers. He was so rude. At the end I asked him to make another one, I paid for that one too.
a	ailema rmahk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brown girl was very rude to my both my husband and I, after waiting honest to god 11:25 to 11:54 to get our food. Hubby asked the total amount (we didn’t get told it at the drive through we asked at the drive through and got told to pull forward to the second window) this is the second time asking the lady said something really fast and the hubby replied sorry what was the amount? (Didn’t understand the accent which is fine happens to myself all the time!) but she stood there and looked us in the eye and closed the window and never came back for over 5 mins just adding to the line up. (We were asking amount because we had cash not card) she rolled her eyes when she got the machine ready and we told her it’s cash. The food was cold ofc and the McDouble made like a Mac ended up being a regular McDouble oh well.
p	prasad yalla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very busy, waited to get my box of doughnuts, came home to find 3 of them were dry and hard, didn’t soften up even after heating. The customer service was very good though.
A	Anna N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Staff are trying hard. Cons: Long wait to get food. I went through the drive through during the dinner rush last week, and the line was very long. It was frustrating however when I spoke to a manager about it, the guy with the bleached hair, he was very apologetic about the wait and listened to my frustrations. All though the visit was less than ideal, the staff were doing their best under the given circumstances, which is why I didn't rate lower.

I don't know how that lady even got the job of manager. I ordered poutine and junior chicken. I did not know mc donalds do not make chicken poutine. i thought i got chicken poutine I called in order to confirm and that lady laughed. this is not the way to behave with customers that lead to a small argument and she was behaving rudely. we cut the call and then we realized there was no chicken in junior chicken and we called again to complain, told that lady about the same. She again started talking rudely by saying we are liars and that was a fake call. she literally raised her tone and dealt with us. I think store should give her training how to behave with customers.
J	Jordan Reves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we will never enter that Mc Donald's again my son is 9 years old and went to order food when the red head lady starts being racist to a child and says we can serve him as this was going on a mouse ran from main doors right into the back were everyone was cooking that location is dirty and this staff member should be fired her name is Mary a so called Manager that verbally assaulted a 9 year old boy ordering 2 happy meals Mc Donald's still never returned my call all I wanted was an apology to my son from that location you can clearly see the dirt on the ice and coffee machine the mouse isn't made up food agency needs to follow up more at Millbrook location.. click on photo and u can see the dust we customer all had if ordered from here.
