J	James Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a call after making an online order that they couldn't be bothered making the chicken and that I had to call the call center to cancel. Called the call canter and they said I'd get my money back within 5 days. Try and avoid this place is my best advise.
R	Ryan Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC is really getting to be so disappointing. Hubby and I ordered last night. The portions keep getting smaller, the prices keep increasing. The establishments continue to get more and more run down and dirty. Our order last night had long brown hair in three of the 5 items and the packages were terribly packed. Over 50 dollars for two people to eat. I tried calling the location and no one answered. The pop corn chicken was hot and fresh but disappointed to see hair wrapped through items and then could not eat them.
T	Tim W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the New Chicken Sandwich. Was super hyped to write a review and post a photo. If I was just rating the sandwich and staff, my raiting would be five star. Unfortunately the web site order lost a star. So first I will tell you about the awesome sandwich and will mention the staff corrected the order issue quickly and professionally and the manager is awesome. The Sandwich.: The chicken is awesome. The spice is just right, the chicken was juicy and yum, just wish it was a bigger piece. The spicy mayo is nice and creamy. The pickle cuts the tart and spice. Yummy. The bun was nothing special. The issue we had was the web site canceled the pickle and spicy mayo. I ordered delivery so just plain chicken on s bun came. I called in, sounds like a flaw in the web coding. They sent correct sandwiches and the replacements came quickly, so no big deal for me, but someone needs to check the code.
A	Alicia B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longest I've ever waited for a fast food meal in years. Fries were forgotten. The workers seemed to all have no clue what was going on and had to constantly tell each other what was going into bags. No organization. Ridiculous.

Could not understand the person taking the orders at the front, the three or so people working were not organized at all. Came home to eat , the potato salad tasted like mold, the gravy was clumpy , now I know why we eat KFC once a year ?. Thanks KFC
S	Shane S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst chicken I've had in along time . Never seen portions so small in my life. Not only was it undersized chicken it was dry and over cooked. In my pic is supposed to be 3 thighs. I will never buy from KFC again.

I was then told my the staff that I wasn’t allowed to wait for my order inside (because of covid). I was literally the only person in the whole dining area, I wasn’t drinking or eating just sitting on my phone waiting. It was -4 out and they wanted me to wait outside. So I walked around to the front of the store and that was allowed. The front counter guy agreed the rules don’t make sense. Then I got home and both of our chicken sandwiches were burnt to a crisp (see photo). Truly terrible service and disgusting chicken. Please treat people like humans and don’t enforce arbitrary rules that make no sense and no wrong was committed. And to top everything off they were out of 2 of 4 sauces.
