Super knowledgeable about what your looking for. Helpful if your willing to try some new experience to drink eg- I asked about Salted Caramel Crown Royal on how good it would be.She explained how great it tastes.Now Rye is 1st to buy then my new next flavor is Salted Caramel.Super happy satisfied customer.Two thumbs up to staff !! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent selection of spirits and wine, could use more sparkling but a good place for Rum, vodka and whiskies if you're looking for something a bit different. They carry more local products too which is nice. Smaller selection of craft beers but still not bad. Usually a very quick shopping visit as well if you stop by and shelves stocked well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at this store for almost 3 years now and never experienced such poor customer service. Today, February 26 at around 1pm, I walked in the store to purchase beer and wine. The workers on shift were not friendly but I thought that they were having a bad day, which is fine. But, upon reaching home, I recognized that the beer tasted off. It was a brand I have purchased countless of times so I know the taste. I took it back to exchange it and was simply told that they could not take it back because the beer was opened. Now, what I am most upset about is her attitude. A customer just made a significant purchase in the store and she made no effort to even appease the situation. I have never received such poor service from the night shift workers. I have been visiting this location due to convenience but I refuse to receive poor service! Sobeys, you need to retrain some of your employees. The gentlemen that work the evening/night shift are very friendly and they definitely put the customer first. This lady today was the total opposite. Very disappointed!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The full time long term staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes you get a few temporary ones that are not as good yet I always go there for the above quality service. Good deals yet they could have more as not as many as in the last few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a large order for a Christmas event. Lana, the manager was so helpful in making recommendations and even helping me load 11 cases into my vehicle. She did so with upmost care and excellent customer service. Also wanted to mention that when visiting the store, day or evening, the staff are all great & friendly. I really appreciate the difference that good staff make in my shopping experience and destination decisions. Thank you Lana.
