★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very warm greeting when you arrive at appt>< The staff in the back very friendly plus they explain the whole test with you before they even begin the the testing !!! A lot of places don't do that so it made me feel a lot more relaxed knowing what they are doing through the testing!! Sure would recommend this place to anyone!! Also very clean in the back ! the change rooms had doors instead of curtains !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic was clean and appointment on time Front desk staff delightful. I had an ultra sound for lump on my spine which has made movement of my shoulders painful and at the moment very limited. The technician certainly had poor people skills very little interaction with me. After the procedure I was handed a paper towel to wipe the gel off I explained that at the moment movement caused great pain could she please wipe it off for me. I got a cursory swipe and that was it. As a retired Nurse I felt this was not ok. It would have taken a second to give it a quick wipe and also it was an area that could not be reached easily in the best of times. I left with a sticky wet back and more pain from trying to do it myself. In reviewing this I am thinking of other patients who will not ask for help and suffer. All other procedures at your clinic have been positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment was As scheduled on time. The receptionist kept privacy and was sure to ask the COVID questions as well as the change of mask. Because it was so early firsts appointment it was a bit crowded but enough to keep distance within each other. asThe technician very kind, very professional and knowledgeable she was always aware of my well-being, asking often if I was ok as I had to held my breath for the exam several times. Very happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment on Tuesday 1200noon , my GPS led me to the mall, south center and just said "you've arrived!!" Wow where, I couldn't help but was in tears..after almost about 30 minutes I decided to get inside the mall . I was glad to find the place. Upon my arrival I was greeted by loving receptionist...I told them I was late and wanted to rebook for the next visit...she kindly melted my heart ❤ said I was OK for the appointment..everyone was very polite and professional. I will book there again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in for the treaded mammogram & ultrasound yesterday. Because of the efficient as well as kind technician I had everything went very well. I also must mention my appointment was right on time. Considering how busy they were, this too was impressive. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service. Appointment was for 1915, showed at 1900 as per their instructions. Quick and easy checkin at the front desk. Filled out the requested form. Not even a 5 min wait and they took me to the back. The young lady doing the scan was friendly, professional and efficient. In and out in less than 20 minutes! Thanks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first ultrasound at 8 weeks pregnant. My husband and I were so excited, especially since the last ultrasound I had was an empty uterus after my miscarriage. The technician shouted my name from down a hall to let me know she was ready, I couldn’t even see where she was. She was less than pleasant during our appointment. Didn’t seem like she wanted to answer any of my questions. We felt as though we were wasting her time. The ultrasound lasted 2.5minutes and she didn’t even try to listen to the baby’s heart beat. Safe to say all our future ultrasounds will be at EFW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Southcentre Diagnostics is the best. I have been going there for years for bone density tests and mammograms. The staff are wonderful. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Yesterday was the same. The technicians put me at ease, were very efficient, and I felt very confident about their abilities. Thank you.
