As hospitals get busier and exams are postponed, community diagnostic imaging becomes that much more important. When there is a delay in diagnosis and treatment, it can affect the outcome for patient health and care. We want you to know we are there for you. Basir went above and beyond to make sure my exam was done in a timely manner. He was quick, kind, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Big kudos to him for his great work and patient care.

The attendant was very rude & unkind to my Son and I from the moment I stepped in, my Son is a 3.5yr old who doesnt walk and I was trying to hold him up for a second she was so fast to tell me not to lean on anything in the room. On google it says they open 8am, got here 8:05am they won't take us in and appointment was canceled already after keeping us on hold for 13mins. I asked to wait as I already booked and cancelled my plans for the morning but the Attendant insisted we have to book another appointment. Saying text messages said to be there for 15mins early, those messages were too much and I thought they were just reminders which I didn't need as I had it booked for 8am, the person who took my booking should have mentioned from the moment I booked to arrive 7:45, I would have noted that. The Peaditrician says it's a 15mins scan, the Attendant says its 45mins, what kind of scan for a child's tummy takes 45mins. But Pureform has no room for ' life happens'. They expect things to always go as planned and they don't care about Customers. Finally check your front destk Attendants, they all have an unwelcoming attitude

No radiation safety at all. I was asked if I am pregnant and then given a waist cover only (just in case). No gown, no thyroid protection… I was there with my child for a leg x-ray. I thought that I will be ask to step behind the wall for an x-ray. Didn’t happen. My daughter didn’t get a gown, either.

Great customer service I went there for an x-ray and was very satisfied with the prompt, efficient and courteous service that I received. I was done in 30 minutes. I really appreciated being able to go on a Saturday. Great location too. Highly recommended.

Went recently for my daughter’s scan. The encounter with the radiologist was… odd. 1. While my daughter was changing into the lab gown, the radiologist asked me if I knew my child’s weight. Taking my kid's measurement wasn't part of the "before you come to the lab" instructions given. However I keep Notes on my phone of my children's weight and height from hospital visits. So while I fumbled with my phone, trying to pull up this data, she pointed out a scale close by to measure my child. Why ask me in the first place when the scale was there? I didn't realize until later but that was the first sign that this experience was going to be weird. 2. My child took a few minutes to change into her lab gown. A few minutes too long for the radiologist because she stepped out of the room to tell us to hurry up. I thought it was rather strange because this is literally a paediatric lab. They should be used to children not being as fast as adults. I took it in stride, and asked my child to please be quicker. 3. When we got into the room, I tried to put my daughter at ease. She needed to lift her gown for the radiologist to work. I helped do this, to reassure her that it was safe to undress in front of this 'stranger'. The radiologist scolded me for doing this. She informed me that I was not letting my child be independent (?!!) and should take her example of dispatching her 12 year old to another country to be educated. (???!!!???) I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe this was meant well… but it was highly inappropriate and left a bad taste in my mouth. Conclusion: On reflection I can only conclude that she was upset about something else entirely when we met and projected that upset on us. It's never fair to be on the receiving end of someone else's frustration. Everything else about the visit was fine - the receptionist was cordial and the wait was short.

I had a wonderful experience here. Brought my 10 month old son in for an xray and the staff were very polite, quick and informative. Got in and out with in 15 minutes. The staff were all great with kids which is a bonus, and made an effort to pay special attention to my boy.

Have been getting mammogram done here for years and they are excellent. However, this year different story. The staff at check-in are VERY slow and there are more people working than all other years. But individual who does mammogram is still excellent. Staff weren't rude just slow.

The most accommodating, caring and helpful staff I have ever experienced. They went out of their way to make sure I was safe and looked after, the moment I arrived in crutches. They got me a wheelchair, and followed me right out to the car after my appointment. I will always be going there for any U/S in the future.
