★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont even bother trying to call this place, they will treat you like trash and hang up on you 3 times in a row, (2 of which were a woman named Jeannie) and then proceed to tell you that there is 5 times the wait time as when you first called. As i was, if you have any questions about your appointment booking you will be waiting over an hour on multiple different calls starting from scratch like groundhog day just to get nowhere trying to get what you need. Horribly stressed out people answering the phones that don’t even want to deal with you, to the point of suddenly hanging up the phone with no warning when you are about to ask a question simply because they don’t want to do their bloody job.

Personnel is accommodating, patient and very knowledgeable. The facilities and equipment are cutting edge and parking is very convenient. Thank you for making this experience less painful for my mom Carmen. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a follow up appointment for 3pm on a Tuesday. I came in ten minutes early, signed in and asked to have a seat and wait. Half an hour passes. I approach the girl working to ask when I will be seen and I’m THEN told that they are behind schedule and it would be a 45 minute wait from the time of arrival.
I completely understand appointments getting pushed back due to a number of reasons. That is completely fair.
What is frustrating and should be noted here is the lack of respect for the clients and their time. I would have appreciated on arrival to be told that the wait would be as long as it was, then I (the customer) would have had the choice to reschedule as my time is also valuable. Communication is key with good customer service.
I ended up waiting an hour before my appointment but what made it less frustrating was the girl who did the ultrasound. Her as well as the last girl I had were really great, and very apologetic.
