★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the inside is beautiful. I was shocked. Also they were very quick to get me in, and everyone was really nice. I don't remember the name of the girl who did my ultrasound, but she was great. I had an internal ultrasound which is super invasive and uncomfortable but she definitely helped make the situation a lot better. She talked me through it, went slow, and checked on me along the way. 10/10 she should be the model of healthcare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front reception staff was very cordial and efficient. I would like to shout out to Kelly, the ultrasound technician who performed by treatment today. Kelly was very professional, friendly and welcoming and was happy to explain the process and answer all my questions. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were super accommodating when they needed to reschedule my daughters appointment. The tech was kind and incredibly knowledgeable and actually showed her the screen when she was done and explained a few things what she was seeing. We were very grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I confused my appointment time and arrived right on time, as opposed to the 15 minutes early, so I was naturally met with a bit of annoyance from the lady at check-in, but that’s understandable.
I found the check-in process was quick and easy, which is great. I hoped for my husband to be present for my scan but they asked him to wait outside (it was -15), as he was not allowed to come into the exam with me (apparently I have to be unable to move independently for him to accompany me to our fertility scan) and he was not allowed to sit in the waiting room (she stated that they were full of appointments).
Unfortunately, when you start your experience with a staff member who may be having a difficult day and they aren’t as welcoming, it kind of sets a negative tone for the rest of the visit, but the super clean office and kind tech made everything great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? The staff here seem to have a knack for making people happy. This is only possible with great leader and great employees. In particular, Jan, who performed my examination, showed a smile, kindness and consideration from the beginning to the end, even though her arms and shoulders were very hard (may be sore after work). Thanks to them, I had a good day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a delightful experience, I am disabled and it's hard for me to get around, the receptionist understood my plight and had me sit while she processed me. Due to breathing problems I am unable to wear a mask and they understood! The actual procedure (doppler exam) went very quickly (10 min) in/out where the home nurses spent several hours and were not able to get the results! They helped me put on and take off my footwear, helped me up when needed, they were extremely polite, respectful and professional in every aspect. Highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this clinic. Very nice office setting. Front desk ladies very pleasant. They both greet you with a big smile & a welcome greeting,! Tech Simon & Kate?very nice. Calm reassuring personalities. My Vascular ultrasound was quick & comfortable
This location is perfect for me. I highly recommend it. .
