Horrible service. Husband went in for a checkup and other symptoms. The doctor was on lunch and the staff told him to go home. When Dr. Goldberger actually saw him, he spent not even 5 minutes on him. Ordered labs and stated that he could not address the symptoms. That he was no family doctor and in times of crisis, he needed to move on. No proper quality care, no consideration, inadequate treatment. False advertising online and outside of the facility. Proper physician care to a patient requires proper physical exam and actually listening to the patient! Never go here unless you want to leave with a feeling of abandonment and dissapointment.

One of few places in GTA to get proper medical care and referrals to specialists if needed. Dr. Goldberger and Dr. Rotunda are the best General Practitioners I have ever met.

I've come here for several years. The quality is service here has definitely declined. Wait times are completely underestimated, checked in with health card told it would be approximately 1 hour. I went for a walk as I didn't want to sit in the waiting room with everyone else coughing without covering their mouth, kids laying on the floor their face touching the floor where everyone who doesn't have a chair is standing. The floor was gross at opening (9am). At 11am I was moved into a doctor's office but again was left to wait quite some time, atleast I was isolated from the other who clear don't care about spreading germs. As I was given time to sit in the doctors office I feel this place is complete neglected. Again dirty floor looks like gum on the floor, crust around the sink and faucet, notices posted behind the sink are water stained, base boards are beaten, and the layer of dust/film on anything above chest/shoulder level. The receptionist are overworked and are bombarded with patients who are disgruntled. The "nurse" is quite rude and has little patience for any questions. The doctor only was willing to listen to partial of the issues i was having. Only wanted blood, urine, and stool, but i was also describing physical pain that was pushed aside, "one step at a time" so they can run my health card the next visit to find out why I'm in pain *rolls eyes*. The European lady who took my blood was absolutely the shining stars of the medical clinic, great attitude and gentle with the needle. Once I get my results I will not return to this clinic unfortunately.

The lineups and wait times at this clinic are absolutely ridiculous. And it’s all the time! Been coming here for almost 10 years and it’s only gotten worse. Wait 1 hour to sign it and then another 2-3 hours to see a doctor!

The wait is long however I’m relieved to find a walk in clinic still operating as a walk in clinic during these weird times. The doctor was lovely and I will be coming back to this clinic

Grateful to have this clinic in my neighborhood. I don’t mind the long wait to be seen by the best, Dr. Meglis. I only wish it’s easier to reach a person when you call their phone. It’s a hit or miss situation so your best option is to walk in there.

My father had an urgent medical issue during a long weekend. Rarely any place is open. This medical center is open. The staffs were wonderful kind and accommodating for walk in. Dr. Goldberger was very knowledgeable and had the exact proper things to do for my father to prevent a emergency room trip. This clinic also will follow up We are very grateful.

First time coming here. Called before coming in to see if they were busy and they said around a 30 min wait. Arrived and the receptionist was very professional and kind. I waited in my car by choice and they called when they were ready for me. The doctor was very kind and working on a broken ankle with a cast, commitment right there. The nurse came in to see me and once again very kind and professional. The place was clean and I don’t have any complaints. People need to realize it’s a walk in clinic and there will be waits. It’s our healthcare system, not the peoples fault.
