There is no signage that explains that you need to self-check in at the iPad station and the iPad isn't turned on until the medical clinic opens (which makes ZERO sense). The station should be on all the time so patients can arrive early and register (it takes quite a few minutes to fill out all the fields). I was the first to arrive one morning and since someone else (a Rexall employee no less) was already registered (once you register apparently you don't have to do it again), she got taken in ahead of me. Also, you "see" the doctor via teleconference so the system is dependant on an internet connection and it was very slow on that particular day. Arriving at 8:45 I wasn't taken in until 9:40 or so. Clinic opens at 9. One patient ahead of me. Do not go if you have anything more major than pink eye or a refill. They do not prescribe narcotics and a nurse in the room the whole time. It's very impersonal and uncomfortable.

S	Sonia D.Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to be seen on a day my doctor was off and this walk in clinic was near by. Nurse was super nice helpful and doctor was knowledgeable and kind as well. Just be aware that you will not be seen by a physical doctor but instead you will meet them via video kind of like Skype and only after nurse does her assessment but don’t worry you will still be able to ask the doctor questions etc.. I thought it sounded strange initially but once the consult was done i was very glad I went.

Especially now, it’s wonderful there’s a way to stay at home and get the medical care you need without putting healthcare workers and patients at risk. Oh also, they put my prescription through directly to my pharmacy! Thanks
J	Jana Danziger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse was lovely and I was able to be seen quickly by arriving before they opened, but the doctor who spoke to me for less than a minute prescribed me medications that aren’t safe in pregnancy and I told him clearly that I was 7 months pregnant, as did the nurse. When I went to the pharmacy to ring the prescriptions through, the pharmacist looked at me and said “these are completely unsafe for you to take”. I am grateful that the pharmacist was so on the ball. I wasn’t too happy with my experience....

On call doctor was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful and the on-site health practitioner was efficient, caring and a pleasure to deal with. The whole process including wait time took 20 minutes (during the non-peak period) from beginning to end. I left feeling properly looked after. The video appointment was a unique and positive experience. Thank You!
R	Rachel b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longest wait... nurse was great and helpful however the entire process of waiting for a doctor to speak to you virtually is ridiculous. Each patient is in the room for at least an hour and there is only one room. Would never go back.
