β β β β β these people will sell you rotten fruit. I regularly see them sorting through half rotten baskets to combine them into 1 that looks presentable, so that it can mold up the next day after its purchased. avoid.

β β β β β Went here for the first time today after moving into the area and being recommended by friends. As others have mentioned, it's well-stocked and has everything you need (minus butcher-related items). It's also well priced. The owner/staff were also very friendly and all COVID-19 protocols are in place.

β β β β β Probably the best place for fresh vegetables in this neighbourhood. Also very clean and well - maintained. That said, I recommend arriving more than an hour before closing, since they begin to pack up their greens before the store is closed.

β β β β β I love shopping for groceries here. A great selection. No need to shop at a big box store. The staff are professional and caring. Once, I was in line behind an elderly person who was hard of hearing and had mobility limitations. The Cashier knew that this customer had forgotten the milk that they normally purchase and had one of the employees bring it to the register. The staff didnβt want their customer to go without for the week.

β β β β β Best store ever. Local! Also prices and most importantly quality of vegetables and fruits much higher than at Costco and Lawblas. I love that they have a selection of Canada / Ontario grown produce.

β β β β β I used to come here about once a week, as it is the only walking distance fruit store in the neighbourhood. I bought a pomelo here, and when I got home and opened it, it was mouldy. Within 24 hours, I returned with my receipt and I showed the lady at the front, who I believe also owns the place. After telling her what happened, she said begrudgingly she will allow an exchange this time, but never again, pointing to her sign saying no returns. She told me it was my fault for choosing mouldy fruit, but her store is the one merchandising it! I told her this violates some health code. Instead of being sorry, she chose to be aggressive and hostile with me.
