J	Jacob Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location. The store is a decent size, especially for this area. They have limited parking, but having a lot with as many spots as they do it also impressive for the area. The store is clean and well laid out, with a good product selection. The pharmacy has very long hours, and they are quite quick to fill prescriptions. There is a walk-in clinic in the back, which is excellent, and not often busy, although has quite limited open days/hours.
R	Raisa Jari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to get through to the pharmacy on phone. Either the phone lines are not working, or the employees just don't answer. Then they put you on hold without telling you anything, and don't get back to you for 15 minutes - if you're lucky. So if you have a question about your medication, you're out of luck. A number of the pharmacy employees are also really rude to add to this. Not all of them - but enough to make it really frustrating. Just the basics of telling a customer, hold on, I'm going to get the pharmacist but it might take a bit, would help, instead of a grunt. Or remembering who is waiting and passing on the information if you gathered it instead of taking the information and not passing it on to anyone which happened to me twice on one phone call. These things are basic customer service. Or when a customer shows up in person, acknowledge they are there by saying hello, I'll be with you in a minute, instead of ignoring them.

Unfortunately I made a mistake about the eligibility criteria (the website confused me) and was told I wouldn’t be able to get a test. I was the one who made the mistake so that’s fine, I understand. However, one of the Pharmacists (male) was very rude about it. He spoke so loudly and condescendingly and impolitely about my personal private details that everyone could hear. Customers and even the other pharmacists were all looking at him talk to me. I am a very kind and soft spoken person, so I did not provoke this kind of behaviour. I don’t even write reviews often, but this was just unbelievably inappropriate and terrible customer service. I won’t be going there again.

M	May M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today and I went to return an item from another rexall location, the white lady at the counter was so rude and gave me a little hard time when I wanted to return this item which is a table top water fountain. She said I couldn’t return it because it was a Christmas item??? IT HAD nothing related with Christmas and the item didn’t even work and I had bought it the yesterday. Luckily her manager approved the return. But come on??? The receipt never said it was FINAL SALE or even the ADVERTISEMENT.
