★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spoke to a horrendously rude filipino lady who hung up on me instead of being courteous and waiting for me to close my window in my car as she was on cars bluetooth. I will never return here for any testing as long as this receptionist individual is employed here. Absolutely terrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible clinic and staff. The black woman working there should be fired for complete incompetence. I booked an appointment telling her I needed and xray and an ultrasound. When I got there she made me wait while she did "research" because she couldn't read a phone number on the requisition. Then she told me to get it. Then I found out from another patient that they don't do x-rays. What a complete waste of my time. The white woman is obnoxiously loud and looks like a retired drug addict. The clinic should close down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are pregnant please stay away from this clinic. The technicians are very very rough I was in pain all night because they were so rough with me. I understand you have to do your job but you don't need to act like you hate it and take it out on your patient! It ruined my whole experience for my anatomy scan and I'm horrified if I need to go back. Although I will not be going back there. My doctor told me not to return there! So many better places in the city please stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here twice for ultrasound and the staff are always so friendly. The receptionist is very nice compared to the other insight diagnostic locations! The technician I had was so kind, she would ask me throughout the ultrasound how I was doing and if I was okay. Not sure why the reviews are bad, everyone always makes me feel welcome and I know I’m in good hands.
