#	#1 #1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Freedman did my biopsy and I can't thank her enough. After the "unbearable" pain I felt with the previous Dr., I was in so much fear. Dr. Freedman made me feel at ease. She was quick and the pain was minimal. Her office assistant is very nice and always helpful. THANK YOU Dr. Freedman! You are the best!!!

She will take all the time you need despite that waiting room full of people. She is beyond amazing, human and doctor. I wish she could be our GP too. Laura is outstanding at the desk. Knowledgeable and helpful, you will always be fit in if you need it. If you can’t reach her, she will call you back. We just wish we could have secured her for our delivery. Maybe next time. Can’t say enough great things about her.
A	A Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Dayna herself is amazing, this review is not for her specifically because she is a great person and I would highly recommend her. I have an issue with her office and staff. We live in the 21st century and the office still does not use email. The only way to get in touch with this office is literally dialling the number a million times until you get lucky and make it through. I am not sure if it is because the office has just too many patients registered OR is severely under-staffed. Laura, the office assistant is great sometimes but tends to get overwhelmed when she has too many patients waiting for the doctor. She can get frustrated and be rude.
R	Rehana Ghazal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She's been to her for all my 3 kids. She's very caring, friendly yet firm. I've always felt at ease with her. Laura is very friendly too. Always talking politely regardless of how busy it can get. The main issue has always been the long wait (often during late part of the day). Otherwise my experience with her has been excellent .
S	Sara Pitcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the lack of service, the day of my appointment I called to confirm 150+ times and got a busy signal every time. I even tried calling while I was in the office and though the phone was not busy I still got a busy signal which makes me wonder if they ever actually answer, so I still showed up to my appointment and was treated very disrespectfully by the receptionist who failed to contact me regarding my appointment being canceled. I waited months for this appointment. I left in tears. It’s a shame because I have heard such amazing things about Dr Freedman but was unable to meet her.

N	No Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Freedman is amazing. But the wait is ridiculously long. I waited for 3 hours. 1hr & half, standing in the hallway with other pregnant women. Than finally got a sit inside. My back was in so much pain. This was not the first time either. Patients are being double booked. That's not cool at all.
