I	Ileana Krangle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely impressed and happy with the service I like the treatment there and the way people treat you in this Clinic with respect and dignity. Yes the lady Sadia was amazing taking me in and dealing to help me with my ultrasound. She made me feel welcomed with a lot of respect and I found her very educated with good bedside manners. The staff are amazing there and very caring and adjusted. im happy they were to take my concerns and help me. I'm thanking the stuff for everything.

I was told I'd be added to a waiting list Got a call on Thursday that all systems are down, promised a call today at 10am if systems were up & running. Got the call, booked my mammogram. All good. Thank you. I have always been happy with their service. Glad it's all taken care of.

J	JY K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in continuation of Jenny C's review below, since I cannot respond back to Carmit's comment. As noted, this incidence was regarding my mother's breast lump. Not mine. Hence you won't be able to find the medical records under my name. If you'd so like, you can find it under Jaeyeo, Y*, born in May of 1966. I don't know what I'll gain out of calling the clinic at this point. I just wanted to share my review here, so that your clinic can pay a closer attention to your radiologists' findings, and we won't have more victims like my mother. Your clinic's misinterpretations put my mother's health at risk, and your response is "We don't know why you will leave a 1 review?". I did not expect an apology, but I also did not expect this. Your clinic has an exceptional reception experience. The ladies at front desk are friendly and kind, something you won't find in other public ultrasound clinics. But that means absolutely nothing, when your imaging cannot properly exam and find, as an imaging clinic.
J	Jenny C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone going here for mammogram/ultrasound, I highly recommend you avoid if you do not want to waste your time and put your life at risk. My mother visited this clinic for a mammogram and ultrasound regarding her breast lump. The radiologist here indicated it was a cyst and requested a follow-up in 4 weeks. We came back for our follow-up and have been told it's a cyst that does not need to be concerned for, despite its increase in size; and we were told to come back 6 months later for another follow-up. A few weeks later, I had to take her to the ER for chest pain and was later diagnosed that the lump turned out to be an invasive breast cancer. Only if Carmit had accurately diagnosed her lump or at least referred her to a specialist during her initial examination, instead of meaningless follow-ups, my mother would have received her diagnosis 4 months sooner and be much earlier in her cancer staging.

I have to say their services bad and the stuff who work at the front desk even lie for excuses try to deny what misconduct they did with job. When they said "sorry" they were so insincere. It didn't give you any comfort but only an exact feeling making you shut up not to complain about their wrong doing. When they moved to a new location they won't tell and remind you this on an appointment phone call, and when an appointment was removed for some reason they didn't even notice you before until you all the way drove to their location to find out all by yourself...... So so frustrating!
