★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my CPAP machine here a couple years ago and it was an overall poor experience. I recently tried calling to get a new mask and was put on hold at least 4 times in 2 minutes. Very poor customer service. Not how to run a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place half a star, I would and that is being generous!!! I struggled through all the snow yesterday (1/29/19) with my 5-yr old to keep my appointment, when I got there I was told they didn't have my name in the system even though someone called me on Friday before to confirm my appointment. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive. I had to beg her to find out what happened. I was almost in tears. Not only did I bring my son out in extreme cold weather but I needed the mask urgently. She got on the phone and was speaking with the person on the other in Chinese. She left the office on her phone and then came back about 10 minutes later and offered to re-book my appointment for two days later. No explanation or apology. I graciously declined, walked out and ask my doctor to refer me to another place. Worse customer service I have ever received in my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised to read the negative reviews as my own experience has been uniformly excellent. The staff always confirm the appointments in advance and have always been punctual about the times. Their attention to detail on the machines and masks is superb. I've never been rushed. On one occasion they pointed out my machine qualified for a replacement. They called my insurance company from the store and verified my coverage details. Parking is free...I highly recommend this operation.
