I	Isha Mangat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officially the worst hair cut of my life. I went in for my appointment yesterday, there were no customers. The hair dresser saw me and came to front desk, I dont remember if she said hello. I told her that I had and appointment. She confirmed my name and there was awkward silence. So I asked if she was my hairstylist, she said yes and I exclaimed awesome! Dead silence again. She took me to the chair, I told her that I just would like a trim over the shoulders. My hair were brushed in a bun and I informed her that I have curly hair. She was moving super slow and not talking at all. She cut my hair, only wet the ends which I realized a lot later; next day when I straightened my hair and looked homeless. Now, I remember why I cut my hair at home, but I just needed a straight trim because of damage and I cant cut in a straightline. Also I got a U haircut, instead of a straight. And towards the end of the cut, I had to tell her that both sides are not equal and she finally spoke, 'you are right'. I went to pay and my bill was for wash and cut. I reminded her that it was only cut since I was not offered a wash. She informed me that she cant change the price but can wash my hair, I took the offer. She towel dried my hair and did not apply anything in my hair neither blow dried it. Maybe it is the norm but it felt super strange. The only reason, I am not freaking out is because I have curly hair and can get away with it. The photos are after I fixed my strands that were almost an inxg longer than others.

She takes her time to ensure that the haircut is as expected and also seeks feedback to make adjustments if needed. We are very satisfied with her service.
P	Productively Organized on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm always very nervous when I use a new stylist but Nashila took her time to address my concerns and did an excellent job with correcting the mistakes made by a previous stylist. Nashila explained how my hair would grow out and when to return for a trim to ensure that I would get the style I wanted. I have been using Nashila's service for years now and I am very happy. Appointments are super easy to book on the app too!
