D	Danielle D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I have had nothing but compassionate and helpful service. Although I have always been in customer service so I try to be extra kind. Dr Kokomo is amazing and kind, stringent but compassionate, I honestly look forward to my appointments with her. Jane the receptionist as well as anyone else I’ve spoken to have been amazing, sorry I don’t know everyone’s names. I literally can’t imagine going elsewhere for medical help and am so grateful to them. I am on the waitlist to be a patient, but their walk in services (over the phone) have been exceptional. Not sure why this clinic has low ratings when I have high standards and they have been more than met.
S	Sharon Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most mismanaged clinic I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They coordinate phone call assessments. I spoke with a Dr who assured me that a prescription would be called in ‘within the hour’. That was at 2 pm. At 6 I went to the pharmacy. No prescription. Tried calling the clinic. No answer. Here we are 24 hours later and still no prescription. They say they answer their phones until 4. No one answered all day. I called 37 times. 37!!! And they do not allow you to leave a message. I can guess why that is. Now here we are Thursday and they changed their message to indicate they were now closed and would not be open until TUESDAY!! So I guess I can just die while they enjoy their long weekend. I will be making a formal complaint to the College. Despicable behaviour for health care ‘professionals’. God have no fury like a woman with a raging UTI.
B	Beach Gal333 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service from two doctors, receptionist and clinic manager. Very efficient, empathetic and professional. Helped in an extremely prompt manner with a knee issue. I highly recommend this clinic!
J	Justin Blake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't listen, asked to see a clinician, was handed a covid vaccine form, told them I was already vaxxed and I wanted to see a clinician about a sinus infection, was told to come back an hour later. I come back, was handed a vaccine form again, then when I asked about seeing a clinician I was told they don't do walk ins.

This clinic must be the most rude, unprofessional and careless staff that I have Seen for a long time. The waiting time is ridiculously long, I have been here since 12:30 and it’s now 3:30 pm .the place are always untidy, unclean. Today there were vomit all over the front door, I told one of the lady by the front desk, and she just shrugged her shoulder! I tried to avoid this clinic because I know that their staff are not very friendly no cares about their patients. (Except Kathy. ) she is friendly. If I were you try to go somewhere else instead.

S	Scott Chalmers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gatineau, Quebec family here. I think it's important to separate the doctors from the clinic. My family had Dr. Assemi, who came out of retirement, from 2009 until 2014. They were automatically transferred to his replacement, Dr. Kodagoda. Both doctors, 5/5 stars, no question. In 2021, we got a call from Dr. Kodagoda advising that she would be leaving the city. She did state at that time we would be moved to her replacement, just as before with Dr. Assemi. However this month, Jan 2022, the office management advised my family we were no longer are welcome at the clinic. No reason given, in fact they were rather blunt. But most likely this is due to the Quebec factor. The reason I can speak to all of this is because I, the father, have a different GP at another clinic in the GOA (Greater Ottawa Area). I have had this GP for almost 20 years. When my wife and I started a family, I asked my doctor about taking them on, but he was no longer taking Quebec patients. In a very clear and polite manner, he explained the paperwork is a nightmare. I couldn't fault him and was thankful he allowed me to remain. This lead us to Strandherd. Again, we were very lucky to find a pediatrician and stay on with his replacement. But from DAY ONE with this clinic, the customer experience has been the pits. I cannot understand how the general demeanor of a clinic like this can be so bad for so long. And I can speak to this because my clinic has fantastic staff and I get consistent service each and every time, despite all the paperwork required for Quebec patients. It doesn't have to be this way.
T	Tuyet V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location for years because of my family doc. In general my family doc is great, but she s leaving for another country, so no longer working. The management of this place is horrible. Unprofessional and rude. They will tell you it's okay the day before and the next day it's not okay. I was told it's okay we will transfer your files over to another doc, next thing you know I called , no we are not transfering , go look for another doc yourself or do walkin. Which i did try walking in, but it's a mess. One time i was already there for an appointment, so i asked the receptionist to book an appointment for my daughter i was told to go home and call for the appointment. I mean im already in the clinic and there was not even another person in the location. Another time i called asking for appointment to discuss my blood work which was done by an online doctor. I was told they are full, call the next day to book. The Next day I was told it's not okay, because the doctor refuse to discuss another blood work done by another doctor. This should had been informed the day before. And I did informed them about the where about of my blood test the day before. It's so hard get family doctors in general.
