M	Mo Saad (YaBoiEskmo123) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this oxford location, they overcharged me twice, and I wouldnt have found out if I didnt double check my credit card usage! Futhermore even though they told me MANY times that they have a tutor that could help my child with science in FRENCH they gave my child a tutor that didn't even know how to speak or understand any french and never informed me about it and I only found out after my child complained about not befiniting from the session at all.

M	Melanie Hannula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very disappointed in this establishment. We brought our daughter in for an assessment which was an hour to an hour and a half tops. They gave us a plan for tutoring which we decided to not go ahead with as it was coming in and around $700 month for 2 hours a week and not something we could afford. We were then charged several months later on our credit card for $350.00 without our permission and were told it was for the assessment and classes. We went back in and explained that we had not gone ahead with any classes and this if we owed for the assessment at this time that was fine. This took several calls and physical visits into the location to sort out. We were then told that we would be charged the assessment fee which we agreed to. Again months later they are coming to us telling us we owe them the money for the assessment which we had thought we had already rectified months earlier, as we gave our credit card number etc... It took me an hour and a half on the phone trying to go back through statements and reversals and charges to figure out that in fact we do owe for the assessment because they reimbursed the original charge in it's entirety instead of refunding the amount lesser the assessment fee. This has been going on for a year as we went to see them last summer regarding our daughter. Whomever is doing the accounts etc... is not organized and my husband and I have taken out several hours of our personal time all over $125.00 at this point they owe us for our time. We will not recommend this place to anyone.

My seven year old daughter was struggling with the Early French Immersion program and we knew she needed extra help. From as early on as the initial assessment process, we knew we had made the right choice enrolling her in the French program. The instructors focus on literacy, comprehension, building confidence and having fun. My daughter has made significant progress in 4 months and will start Grade 3 with the tools and new skillsets she needs to succeed. She has never been so confident or so willing to take risks with her learning. I highly recommend Oxford!

For years I've attempted to encourage reading in my home. I never thought my daughter would ever like to read, let alone love to read. Now I catch her teaching the same techniques she learns at Oxford Learning to her younger sister. The love of learning has spread through my home like wildfire and for the first time, I have hope in my child's educational progress. I'm forever grateful to Oxford Learning in Barrhaven and the love of learning that they have fostered in my daughter.

Communication between Oxford centres and parents is very consistent and dependable. Extremely professional organization.

His school marks were poor, he was behind the other students, and he felt dumb and discouraged. After only two years of tutoring, he is now reading beyond school levels and reads not only with confidence, but he now likes and looks forward to reading.

Everyone was kind and understanding, it was a great work environment. My teachers always catered to my needs whether that was homework help or improving areas of school that I need help with (writing essays, French reading comprehension, etc..) I would recommend Oxford to anyone who needs help with school or just wants to better themselves!
