P	Patricia Emond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great if you want to get ripped off. I was charged $85 for acrylic nails. Their website says $47. Everyone else charges no more than $55 tax in, for the exact same thing. They’re stupid enough to think I’d believe that it’s because the nail polish on top of the acrylic nails costs $35. Omg seriously! So like people actually walk out with just the acrylic nails and no polish.That’s what 20 years of loyalty will get you. First time they ripped me off and it will be the last. Lots of friends and family will not return when I pass this on.. Not sure why they’ve decided to become bitter angry thief’s but you should stay far far away.

After telling them I wanted pink French tip acrylics, very simple, they glued on $2-feeling almost see-through acrylics that you could find at Walmart that were already white French tips (the white French tip part was already on the acrylic and was very thin and not a full coat, so all they did was glue it on and acted like that was the full service) instead of giving me proper dip acrylics and actual French tip nail art. Not to mention I had asked for pink, not white. The ladies all then said that I wanted white not pink, when I had said pink over 5 times throughout this process. Multiple staff members altogether then came to my section and told me that I have to settle for what I got cause since the white French tip is part of the nail they glued on and not actual nail art/polish. They then STILL charged me full price, and told me if I wanted pink next time they’d do it but again for full price since it ‘wasn’t their fault that they messed it up’. Total was $67.80 for white French tipped acrylics glued on my hands and that was it, although it took 2 hours for that service.
D	Daisy Ajram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude/passive aggressive customer service. I have been multiple times and each time it was worse than the time before. Good luck getting an appointment since they are always "busy." I do NOT recommend. It is important to get decent customer service...not asking for much for here. Thankfully, there are tons of other nail salons, so it won't be hard to find a replacement.
A	Andrea Olivieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love coming to Lanna’s! I get powder dip done every 3 to 4 weeks and it’s always perfect! The ladies that work here are also wonderful and with a great sense of humor. I always feel welcomed and service is efficient - I’m in and out within 1hr. 100% recommended!
