★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately after years of bringing my son for haircuts we had a really horrible experience. After calling ahead of time to make an appointment the person on the phone forgot to input it in the system. They did however agree to let my son get his haircut but butchered his hair.

The shop is clean and the staff are knowledgeable in regards to any product that one may be interested in purchasing to help maintain the style and health of your hair. Very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst customer experience ever!!! Would not recommend. Old lady has a stick up her a$$ literally rude and bitter for no reason. Ruined my hair. I cried after because there was absolutely no way to save what she did to my hair. So disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't listen to what I wanted at all, and kept speaking over me. Asked for one inch to be cut off the bottom and she cut it to my ears? I was in tears when I left because I've been trying to grow it out (which I specifically told her) and she cut off months of progress. I asked for a cut, bangs to be leveled and hair thinned out and she flat-out ignored the last two requests until after I pointed it out when she said we were done.
Also on an off note: she pulled my mask down abruptly off my face over a joke without asking which was SUPER uncomfortable. At the end she gave me a bunch of $2 off coupons which expired on March 31st (I went on March 31st..).
