★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is addictive. I started buying bath bombs and now buy most of my personal hygiene products from them. I love their shampoo bars. Even with long hair, the bar would last just as long as a bottle of shampoo. I also find their products don't leave that icky chemical feeling you get from most other products. If you're interested in one of their products but aren't sure if you'll like it, you can ask for a sample which I love. I have such sensitive skin that it's a pain to buy anything. It is pricey, but it's worth it for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was made to feel like i was an infected alien walking into this place today because i didnt use the hand sanitizer at the door. The girl said she would grab everything for me as to say i couldnt touch anything myself. I felt bad for the brainwashed chick and continued shopping but never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff are incredibly overbearing and you cannot be left alone for a moment of shopping. the moment you walk through the door you are harassed with covid rules as if we haven’t all been through the drill in the last two years. i found the staff extremely hostile and it seemed as though they all thought they were better than you. never visiting this location again. the staff at the west edmonton mall location are much nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get the whole thing of peoples pronouns of he/him she/her or they them where I draw a line is one of your staff getting an attitude problem with a 4 year old calling that person a girl rather than the they/them pronoun. Here’s the thing she freaking 4 years old and at this age only recognizes a girl or a boy!! Get your staff in check. Never coming to your location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. Really nice products, it is not very often I can enter a shop like this without being overwhelmed by the intense scents of perfume. The environment inside of the shop did not make my eyes water it was a pleasant scent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at this location we INCREDIBLY helpful and kind to me when I was distressed trying to get some products for Sunday. I was told that the website was updating and to retry on Monday. When I did, it didn’t work right away. I wanted same day delivery and the deadline for same day delivery is 1pm MST. The girls managed to get the order packaged and ready for me and the door dash driver picked it up and he failed to deliver the parcel. He brought it back to the store with no reasons whatsoever. So, two days later and some excellent customer service, I was finally able to get my products (albeit late) for my daughters birthday gift ♥️ We even got a few extra surprises thrown in too! ♥️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff! Bright friendly environment! They seem like they have fun at their jobs and it makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable! They remember repeat customers by name and remember your likes too, they really go above and beyond.
I feel aweful for them for all the negative comments I see here about their Covid procedures, it’s not that hard to wash your hands folks!!! They even provide nice lush soaps to wash with rather than the smelly sanitizer if you want it…
