★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer clear if you’re looking at buying furniture from here. I’ve actively started looking at buying a sectional with chaise + ottoman for my home since my current sofa is pretty old. I was in here today with my partner, checking out sofas. There was one that matched what we were looking for. I checked the price tag and there was no dimensions listed. So my partner and I sat on the couch (clean clothing, we wouldn’t sit on something if we were filthy). Right as we were actively talking about where to put it in living room, in the corner of my eye I see a staff member approach. She just stood there, 10ft away, didn’t say anything and was glaring at us. I made eye contact with her and before I could even say a word, she snapped “this couch is for paying customers only, you need to get off”. Wow. You know lady, you could’ve added one sentence before you snapped at me and it would’ve made a huge difference. How about asking “hey are you looking at buying a couch today? (If no, then say okay I’d just ask you not sit on it unless you’re interested in buying). Because if you asked, I would’ve told you, yes I really like this couch. I have questions about it, maybe you could help? But we never got that far because you assumed based on my age or appearance (apparently 30 y/o can’t afford $3000 sectionals) that I could not possibly be a prospective buyer. We immediately left after that interaction, and I plan on never returning. Guess what? There is tons of places that sell couches along St Albert Trail and that’s where we went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed shopping at this Bay. Nice selection. Helpful staff. Pleasant, and knowledgeable about their products. Store is well organized and clean. Staff wasn't pushy, but if you needed them, you could actually find them! Nothing worse than spending precious time searching for a staff member! I definitely recommend shopping this Bay. Two thumbs up ? ?
*Just a quick note. My friend and I, parked at the lower, South Entrance. This entrance was closed. Not sure about the lower, North, entrance. The East, lower entrance, (facing 170 street), was open.
Also, when I was there, the lower, East section, was closed, because they were putting out stock, and setting up. "Forever 21", is what is in that section of the Bay, now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Range of products for everyone including household available here. Almost all known quality brands for bags, clothings, jewelries, watch, etc, available in this store.
The products can be quite expensive though but when they do sales like their baydays... it's always the best bargain in town. Highly recommended....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ :) We love the place – it has to be one of the classiest stores in our city. Superb selection and offerings, decent prices for a line of products that will actually last more than a week. We like the floor design, the friendly staff, the attractive colours and (for seniors) the fact you can actually sit and relax here and there while browsing is a plus. Lost & confused in the store? No worries, someone is usually around to assist. Return policy? Excellent! Really; it remains one of our favourite store in our city. You know; I would really appreciate it if The Bay where to have a selection for tall men and women | LCA

And after multiple calls and delays have not received it yet (in December)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking store. The Hudson’s Bay store chain has been around for a looong time. It’s the last of the large department stores left. The store has done a recent facelift and very clean and well lit. The store is more upscale and deals only in brand names. My wife and I have shopped at the Bay for many years and have always enjoyed the experience. There are washroom facilities available here. The store is part of the Kingsway Garden Mall. There are no groceries available here.
