★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped here since I moved here & have never been followed by guards. Weird. I also have to say that Kennedy the cashier is fantastic. Amazing customer service & incredibly polite. Highly recommend. Also have to mention how awesome the cosmetics ladies are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience shopping at this store was horrible. Every time I go in there I get followed by the security guard. I feel like I am being racially profiled as a women that wears a hijab. I am very disappointed and I will never shop at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unprofessional, we leave the prescription 7pm and comeback the following day 12nn, meds still not ready. Ive been asked to wait 20 minutes.! Urghh! Dont come here specially the staff are rude. Calling the supervisor and retrain this people! Or better yet send them to far shoppers till they resign. Head pharmacist thinks he is the prime minister of shoppers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems I never had a good experience with this location. They never meet the time line they set for waiting to pick up the medicines. I was told 20 minutes, then another 5 minutes and then waited bit more. I was told they have all 3 medicines on my prescription when I submit the prescription in. When I pick them up, she told me that they don't have one of them. I am not sure why she didn't inform me at the first place that they don't have all of them. Then she offers to get it but it will arrive the next day. I said I will go to another pharmacy, then she told me to have the pharmacy to call this location for the prescription; I was like why don't you give my prescription so I can go to another pharmacy. Anyhow just little things to keep the clients in their location is very frustration for the clients!
I want to thank to Miko for his extra-mile help, but with the rest I am not pleased. I will change my pharmacy once Walmart opens at the Kingsway mall.
April 11, 2022. I got waited again. Is this place not valuing people's time? I was told that medication will be here on Monday. I came here at 7:45; guess what, I was told to wait 10 minutes. Why am I supposed to wait while you kept my prescription and told me it will be ready on Monday?

Same issue, no respect for my time. Their half hour got close to one hour. I hate the excuses and lies they produced. A little honesty and respect will be appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the pharmacy staff is friendly, they repeatedly lost prescriptions faxed my my dentist and doctors. After I requested they fax my doctor for a prescription refill, I was told my doctor never responded. In fact, after contacting my doctor, the pharmacy had faxed a refill request for a medicine I did not request.
I recently picked up my prescription for prednisone, took one of the pills in the car, only to realize they gave me SOMEONE ELSE’S medicine. It was a blood pressure medication for a man, not my prescription. I went back in later to give back the medicine and get the one prescribed to me. The pharmacist on staff said he would call me the next day to see how I was feeling, and never did.
I have since switched to another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is this wonderful lady who works in the beauty department named Patrica, very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect skincare for my skin type. She was so kind to me even though I took over 20 minutes of her time. When I asked how long she has been working here, she said she was new! I was shocked ?! Will shop here again for my beauty products ?!
