★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't come here as often as I used to before Covid, but even when I do now the staff are always pleasant. Also despite them always seeming to be rather busy, I never have to wait very long for my food or drinks. When I've ordered through the app, my drink/food is always ready and waiting by the time I get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier AJ (I believe) didn't have any patience to let us decide our order even though there was nobody behind us in the line and he just kept rushing us. When we ordered we said "very less ice as in 2-3 cubes of ice" and he joked and said "so like 100 cubes of ice" and we paid but when we got the order it was soo full of ice which wasn't what we asked for when we ordered when the cashier just wanted to joke around so we of course mentioned that and the barista was super nice and she just made us a new drink. I picked up the other drink to throw it away when AJ said very rudely "could you through that in the garbage, thanks" which is what I was going to do anyways but I don't need to be told to do that especially in such a way. We asked for what we ordered and paid for so I believe I don't need to be treated that way for asking for MY order. Cashier should be trained to take orders right even if he wants to joke around and also how to atleast not talk to customers that way if he can't even apologize. Cause there are other Starbucks in downtown which give better customer service and I won't hesitate to go there instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a vanilla latte and it was exceptionally weak tasting. Took it back immediately and was told by the staff member that they made it correctly and that they could make it again if I insist. Not sure why they felt such a negative attitude was necessary. I come to Starbucks for quality drinks, not for watery lattes.
I would also note that this location is quite busy and that since they changed locations in the Mall the service has been noticeably lacking in friendly attitudes and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place for my Starbucks coffee. Friendly baristas, knows my drink well. A busy cafe, would recommend mobile order if in a hurry, which I do most of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so great , Joy and Aj are particularly spectacular. The one time my drink wasnt perfect they fixed it immediatly and ive never had a single issue since. Theyre quick service and amazing attitudes is why this is MY starbucks. ❤
