★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a 0 I would have. I waited in the main area for 5 minutes. Rang the bell. No one came or acknowledged that I was there. There was no one in the bay for them to even say they were busy with another customer. I noticed someone come up to the door as I was driving away. Too little too late.

Got an oil change on Monday. Paid on visa.
Two days later I got a coupon in the mail and also an email on my phone.
Went back and talk to the manager. So I was told. He had his arm in a sling.
He was arrogant , mouthy and very unprofessional. He told me that it’s too back. I told him it was up to him, if he said NO he would not me, I would never go back and go my three vehicles oil change somewhere else.
He said NO and that I was welcome to go somewhere else. He didn’t need my business
