Best Oil change service in Canada

A	Anh Alton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick oil change with very friendly staff, was in and out under 15 minutes. Next day had a tire appointment with Kal Tire down in Clareview and was advised there was a major oil leak and advised to have the vehicle towed to a dealership to fix the issue. Jiffy lube took full accountability and agreed to compensate for tow to their location if needed, instead sent one of their techs to the Kal Tire parking lot to check the leak. Waited for tech to arrive, ended up being a pinched gasket on oil filter which broke and needed replacement. Tech did not bring replacements and had to go back to Jiffy Lube and return adding more wait time in an issue that shouldn't have happened, which pushed back any work that Kal Tire couldve done for the day. Perhaps if going to do an on site visit should come more prepared next time. Offered $25 credit on account with Jiffy Lube but not feeling confident with this location, will most likely not return to take advantage of the credit, was not offered anything else. Staff was still very friendly and apologetic, manager on site seemed to have no other options available. Hope this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.
D	Diana Halabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest reason I came here is I followed Chris who was the assistant manager at a previous location and is now the store manager at the Manning location, Phenomenal service all the guys working here are courteous and expeditional very good service every time. I always feel like my business is very appreciated. I would drive across the city too have them work on my vehicles.

Aaron and Dakota were super speedy and reassured me about the code my engine light was giving. Would recommend this location!

The man Chris not only told me but showed me that my oil is good for the next few months. He even went as far as inspecting my car and to ensure that my visit was not wasted. And to top it off, I was not charged any fee knowing very well that I know Nothing about cars and such services-as I'm a new driver. This will definitely be my go to location, they made me feel comfortable and were very welcoming. Bless you.

They also were courteous and cleaned up my windshield and lights. No additional things were needed in my car so I’m glad they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I know I didn’t need. I will be coming back again!

They checked all the vehicle's fluids and even the air filters. They made the necessary recommendations. Will be coming back for future oil changes and other services as well as tell friends/family.
P	Phil Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an Oil Change that I thought I needed based on the "Date of next service" sticker I had. The technician was quick to point out that my vehicle wasn't due based on my oil's condition as it is synthetic. They showed me the dipstick and I was surprised. (my last oil change was at a different Jiffy Lube and its the first time I've had Pennzoil Synthetic in my car. Really good stuff!) They advised that in this case, I should use the milage on the sticker instead. So, I didn't get an oil change but appreciated their honesty that I wanted to try and pay for something whether it was topping off fluids or something else. They did a quick check-up and sent me on my way at no-charge. I even had my credit card in hand ready to pay for something :D Best oil change experience I've ever had.

I was not due for an oil change despite thinking so but Aaron informed me otherwise, proved such to me and shared why. Although we did not complete the oil change he did however top up my fluids and check my tire pressure. He recommended to return in roughly two months time to complete the original service. While I do not know much about vehicles it was pleasant to deal with Aaron as he was honest about the service and I did not feel gauged in any way, as a woman this seems to be the case when dealing with any areas of automotive services. I will definitely be returning.
