She took the time to explain everything from our initial call when we were just thinking of getting pre approved to the signing of the documents. When we were searching for our home she was there to answer questions about financing for renovations and how to calculate the monthly costs . She was in contact with us and our realtor through the entire process. I would recommend Louise to any first time buyers or those renewing or refinancing their mortgage . When our term is up we will be using her again !

We were referred to her by our realtor after our initial mortgage specialist wasn’t able to secure us a loan through our bank. We had already put an offer on a property, believing we were all set with our bank, but at the last minute, we were not approved! Louise saved the day and managed to find us a lender and even worked through her time away on vacation with her family. In the end, we were able to secure a mortgage and finalized the purchase of our new property! All along the way, Louise was friendly, helpful, positive, and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased with Louise’s work. We highly recommend her!

She walked with us through all the ups and downs, she advocated for us to the bank when they were being extra difficult on us even though we had a good file.
