Super responsive to all my questions, detailed and timely communication (include off hours), and friendly too! True North Mortgage also had by far the best rates I could find, and are able to provide some unique offerings through their lenders. Their online portal (and that of their lenders) was intuitive to navigate, and better than other lenders I've had over the years.

I did go back to them a month or so later and got a rate that I am very happy with. The process of transferring my mortgage over from my bank went pretty good in fairness. Laura Clarke dealt with my application, she was patient, efficient and communicated promptly. Thanks Laura. My first withdrawal has been done and so far so good.
