★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just transferred to the branch from customer service. I am looking for foreign currency. The VM absent message was from Christmas? It is February 19th. I needed my Client Card number and then was asked multiple security questions, none of which I knew. Transferred anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally agreed with some of the comments, very slow service, lined up for over 5 mins (at least) and I was the first one in line already.
I was there to get the 2020 calendar as well as the insert refill and I need 3 each (one for myself, one for my mom and one for my friend) because Beddington branch didn't have it as they put in the order late. Anyway, the teller said she can only give me one (one per customer) and I explained to her that because Beddington branch didn't have it so my friend wants me to get one for her. Then, she asked is my friend deal with RBC and I said yes. I almost gong to say RBC is the only bank that I and my friend deal with, maybe I should consider moving all my business to other bank that won't be so tough to get wall calendars.
RBC used to be my favour bank since I was a kid but today I am very disappointed. I will seriously consider moving to other bank that value my business when there is promotion (cash rebate) on transferring to other bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the epitome of terrible customer service. I have banked with RBC my whole life and have never had this terrible of an experience. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the bank teller until she reached out for my card without saying a word. My request was then continually met with “no, we can’t help you”.
I went to the main RBC branch at Bankers Hall immediately after and was met with a friendly greeting, the manager and bank teller assisted me with no hesitation and the request that was so easily shut down at Bow Valley was resolved and completed at Bankers Hall with no issues.
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service at Bow Valley and can honestly say I will no longer visit this branch as I have yet to experience warm customer service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service ever received. Multiple occasions, same slow service. Recently had tellers chit chatting to others (1 teller open, 1 busy on paper work, and three others roaming and chatting) instead of opening other tills to serve customers that were now lining up. Granted if they are busy doing other duties or tasks at least acknowledge the guest instead of just looking back at them like you could care less and are in no rush to attend. Regardless if this is the closest branch I will be going elsewhere for reliable service. Would give zero stars if possible, for recurring service issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Bank!!! Williams had me out in literally less than a minute today when I arrived at 3:58.
Hardest working/ most efficient among downtown RBC personnel is Carolyn.
I now feel bad for most of them having to go to Bankers Hall RBC for COVID. Most were taken out of their usual routine/environment and placed into absolute death at Bankers Hall.
I will now bring all deposits to this bank permanently. No questions whatsoever.
If you’re reading this please try your best to keep it our little secret, otherwise this bank will likely fill with scumbag customers from Bankers Hall. I give credit where it’s due and I’ve been here 6x since reopening and never a wait. Keep it up!
