Alex was very insightful and helpful throughout the process, offering advice and perspective about rates, finding us multiple quotes, and ultimately getting us the deal that we wanted. As it was our first time purchasing a property, he was very quick to respond to questions, attentive to the small details and always willing to help out and clarify some confusing pieces. I chose True North Mortgage when I was approved less from the bank, and Sandy got us higher than the initial amount. She was patient with my millions and millions of questions, and she was also very through in explaining and even when there were slight complications with my application with the bank, she was great with making sure everything fall into places! Sandy always tried to find ways to help us and for that I'm extremely grateful that I chose True North Mortgage AND got to work with Sandy!
