★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used a broker named Verone from True North and i was put on with THINK. At first i was hesitant because ive never heard them before and they're fairly new. But all my worries are gone when they try to contact my HR. THINK can't get a hold of them and this was the last part of the mortgage application requirement. They didn't say oh well lets approve this guy whatever. It took 3 days before they got a hold of my HR and that's only when my papers moved forward. This is a good sign that THINk is a good lender. They stick with their requirements and consistent on implmenting them. One of the reason why '08 crash happened is because lenders at that time just let anyone with bad credit or questionable background get mortgages even though they cant afford it. THINK is definitely in the right side of history and one of the good guys. Don't change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is poor to say the least. I called them to obtain a copy of my mortgage agreement, as I misplaced my original.
They literally couldn’t find it. I spoke with two customer service reps who both seemed confused that I would ask for a copy of my mortgage agreement (a pretty important document)
They then mentioned that they would have to look for this and would have to charge me a $75 fee to send me a copy of this document.
Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, I’m locked in a 5 year fixed term with them now.
Fun fact: Their mortgage rates are low because they clearly have a tiny customer service budget.

I was stressed dealing with this company. They asked for a lot of requirements unlike the other lenders that I dealt with. I have 3 mortgage prior & it was so easy dealing with the lenders, unlike this guys. It seems that they don’t want to earn my business, one day prior to possession they’re still asking for something. This will be my first & last time doing business with this company. They don’t know the stress that they have caused me. They will lose customers if they continue with their ridiculous requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT deal with this company at any time. The rate might be lower but you will waste your time with this company. They asked lots of information from the start and never stopped requiring more documents. When we got all the documents they want in a day, they asked for another documents the next day.. In the end, the reject our application. We wasted our one and half week waiting for their response and preparing all the documents, and ended up not getting mortgage. Because of this company, we might lose the house we really wanted to get. If i could, i want to give them 0 star. Never ever gonna come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The information asked at the start of the request is a lot! However, the rate was exceptional. Something must have happened to my welcome package during the whole debacle process of the title. Think doesn't lend in trust which is a good move on their part to ensure they are secured. I call today and the agent was fantastic. Set me up online. The property tax payments are easy. The screens are easy to follow as well. At this point I have gone from frustrated to a happier customer. Will change my review to higher as I continue being satisfied.
