Steve Meadows oversees all software development and technology infrastructure and support. He has more than 20 years of experience in software development, information technology and consulting.

Prior to joining CMLS in 2016, Mr. Meadows developed his career designing, coding, project managing and team managing software development projects in traditional MIS, logistics, secure wireless data communication, reporting and engineering applications. More recently, he explored the various developing virtualization, storage, backup and archiving technologies and was an instrumental part of the senior management team of a startup IT outsourcing company. In this role, Mr. Meadows oversaw the strategic technological and operational direction of the company, including work focused on system performance and I/O requirements for secure virtualized infrastructures. Mr. Meadows holds both a Master and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto.

D	Dan McNamara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say my experience with CMLS has been terrible would be an extraordinary understatement, I have never been more frustrated & disappointed with a business in my life, it is an absolute nightmare to navigate their system with any level of transparency and for such a complete lack of integrity & customer service! Never again will I deal with this business and I strongly urge you to do your due diligence in fully exploring your options. There are much better lenders out there.

This has unfortunately taken me from a great score to a good score which will mean I likely end up with higher interest rates on future loans and lines of credit. Long story short, a mortgage with CMLS may end up costing you more elsewhere. Unless this policy changes by my renewal date, I will not be renewing my mortgage with CMLS.

She has been an absolute gem to deal with. Including a last minute negotiation of a lower rate based on my clean history. I did not give 5 stars as her hands are tied when it comes to company policy and I wish there was a little more humanity involved as opposed to cold hard numbers alone. Dharma is who made me feel like I mattered and was not just a cog in the wheel to make someone else money. Thank you Dharma.

He notified me of the changes that were upcoming to ensure I was completely informed of the changes and worked at finding me the best rate for my mortgage. Not only was I thankful that he reached out to inform me of the changes coming up, he also provided the rates available, he was even able to secure a lower rate that was not only competitive, but lower than the competitors. I am immensely happy and satisfied with CMLS especially their customer service. It is without hesitation to recommend CMLS for your mortgage needs.

No fee to renew, no re-qualification required, plus they offered an even lower rate than what I had paid the previous 5 years. Incredible!! A 15 minute conversation provided all of the information I needed. I really appreciated that they were proactive and called me 3 months before my mortgage was up for renewal so there was plenty of time to complete the process. Thank you, CMLS, for making my home ownership dream easy to obtain.
M	Michael Davidson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is good, people are friendly. My compliant is with the system. Pre approved means NOTHING. As I started this process I was pre approved at a certain rate. Then as the process moves along wasting time I eventually, out of impatience accepted a rate 2x what I was originally quoted. My fault. But that is not the worst. When I closed at the lawyers the money dispersed was approximately $7000.00 less then what I have a mortgage for. I have been given nothing to tell me where the this $7000 has gone and who it was paid to. Of course I assume it was the lender and broker making a fat commission, on top of the higher rate. Then they force me into 1 year only option with zero ability to pay down principal, so that they can charge me a fat renewal rate and fee in a year. This, by the way was all done while they are telling me I'm an "A" lender. Then at the end of it all they say do want a "free for the first year home warranty". I ask what is it? They continue to explain what it does but not what it is. So I say sure then a month after closing I get a letter saying that I have a NEW home insurance company and my old one is canceled. This industry Desperately needs higher regulation, it is rampant with diry and underhanded sales tricks and gimmicks designed to milk people of their money

He made every step simple and the entire process stress free. He answered every question, updated every step, and had an approval faster then other lenders or even my own bank. This was extremely appreciated especially with todays markets. Highly recommended! 5 star does NOT verify the worth of this person in todays world. I should also mention this was not my first mortgage. Thank you Michael I wish you all the best for your future.
