★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of TD Insurance for over 30 years - when I had my NOT AT FAULT claim in 2018 I went through 7 different adjusters and had to contact the Insurance Ombudsman to finally get things rectified. They went out of their way to be as difficult and all they could say was "sorry, our apologies". after receiving my renewal with 24 days notice, and jumping my premium 14.8 % (went up 150.00 first year, almost 250.00 second year.) I was on hold for 2 hours and 17 mins and all i was told was -our apologies. They were going to reduce my premium for me, by removing my collision. Not very bright.... i'm disgusted with the customer service received and obviously not a care for loyalty. TD, you have lost a customer, and I have nothing positive to say about your practices, your customer service or your integrity as a company. It's unfortunate that I can't give you a negative rating as you certainly don't deserve a one. Customers like me built your bank, and your insurance with our bank accounts, lines of credit, mortgages and credit cards. First, I'm finding a better insurance company that will appreciate my business, then all the accounts go. Good riddance!
