★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this company for a few years they are inconsistent when pulling payments out. And do not provide a reason why they put money back in to my bank account said everything was fine e and payments would continue as normal then proceeded to take the same funds back out of my account.
The company leaves me me confused and frustrated every month. ?

I was involved in a rear end collision and from the first contact with Peace Hill claims department was a great & enjoyable experience.
Janae, my claims adjuster was a caring and great ..On the ball from the get go .. Keep Up the great work Janae !! :) :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expansive, poor service, not generally recommended. Quick to take your money, but poor support and long waiting times if you have a claim no matter how good of a history you've got. If by chance you miss payments, they'll cancel your insurance without consultation with a registered letter on the spot. I should have checked the other 1 star reviews before signing up. Heads up potential buyers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This commercial insurance is not any different as most commercial insurance companies are.
The biggest issue is that you can not deal with them directly, just through the broker.
Once you inquire about the price they give you a good deal but once you sign the papers they send you completley different quote , 30% higher.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their communication skills are seriously lacking, they had 3 or 4 items on my policy they were charging me insurance for that I didn't even own anymore and refused to remove them until I paid them for the insurance?!.
They had insurance costs almost to the value of what they were insuring. Trailers should not cost more to insure than a car or truck. Why would a 3000.00 trailer cost as much to insure as a 95000 truck?
When you try to communicate with them they come up with "attitude" They are by far the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. I would strongly advise you stay away from these people.
People who perform like this in such a vital role for people that need to trust them to cover them in a time of need is just down right scary.
I am surprised with all the people that have had bad experiences with these people that My agent would even try to get me over to them.
I am deeply disappointed in my dealings with them.

After asking them to cancel my auto comprehensive before my renewal date (that had risen by 20-30% cost since the previous policy), they said they would. However, due to their conditions, it didn’t get processed and I still paid the more expensive first month of the premium. After sending repeated requests for a refund, I’ve decided to post this review, which will cost them a lot more. I’ll soon be switching to a different provider.
Connected to this, your insurance score doesn’t matter to reduce the cost. They don’t put the customer first, but rather their first priority is to make the most money on your premium possible. I wouldn’t recommend their company or services.

But that was not the case I was paying too much insurance for two trucks and all of the sudden they or I just found out that I could not get a full coverage for the two trucks that I have insured with them coz as what the agent told me I have so many none fault accidents. I don’t have to question their knowledge about their policy or what so ever but now I’m so thankful that they don’t renew my insurance coz the other give me so much discount or than what I’m paying with and I’ve suffering for high insurance for long time. So your company don’t even deserve 1 star ..
