They make it as difficult a process to get paid back as they can so you just give up. They took 35 minutes in their chat room to tell me if dental was covered by the Health spending. They get paid to waste your time. DO NOT IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE choose this company.

Don't even bother upgrading your dental plan past basic coverage unless you have a family. Gives your orthodontics ONLY for dependent children. They don't really tell you about it either. Got to find it on their site yourself. Asked to change my plan to basic 3 days after the cut off (since I had to deal with my dental stuff). Said no (obviously because they make money for this). Stuck with paying extra for 2 years.

One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I was put on hold for over one hour then when I finally got through to someone they expressed zero consideration about my wait and proceeded with me with a combative tone and eventually hung up on me when I asked to speak with their manager. Very unprofessional.

Literally had to stiff through 8 pages on their website to find the phone number to contact them. Then to be transferred 3 times just to get help. Get ready for an onslought of usernames and passwords because you need one for pretty much every new page. This website is as user friendly as a Blood Eagle. Stop wasting peoples time.

So the company I am with uses Manulife for the insurance. I have had nothing but issues with Manulife. I attach and send all supporting documents for a claim but they always come back with some document that they need to approve the claim which my doctors say they don't provide. Manulife customer service reps are constantly telling me wrong info and then I get countless emails about different guidelines that seem to change every claim. They truly make it very hard for you to even get a claim approved even with so many supporting, signed by the doctor documents.
