After sitting down and explaining what the other lender told me he immediately said ‘I think I can help you out and do better’. Within 45 minutes I was pre approved and walking back to my office. Simon was thorough, extremely helpful and patient following up with me every step of the way. It’s easy to see that he is an experienced broker. He was able to suggest options and scenarios I hadn’t considered and we ended up going with one of those options. I have already recommended him to family members and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Buying a house can be stressful, cut down on some of that stress by using Simon!
