We purchased a house, with a 2 week possession date, and left the next day for a 10 day vacation. Owen pulled it all off and sent to the lawyers before we got back from vacation.
If you want someone who is willing to do his homework, give you options and get you a great rate, Owen is your guy.

In both transactions Owen was extremely knowledgeable with the various mortgage rates being offered and in both instances Owen got us a better mortgage rate than if we did it on our own. As young, new home owners we stumbled into Owen’s hands with absolutely zero idea of how this process worked or what we were doing.. and how lucky we were to have done so. Owen is patient, friendly and so unbelievably knowledgeable at what he does. He took the time throughout the entire process to happily answer any and all of our questions, emails and phone calls- and believe me- being the stress case I am there were lots. Owen went above and beyond his job as a mortgage broker with us, guiding us through other parts of the process than weren’t even within his job description. He is very prompt and efficient and works hard day and night to get stuff submitted and approved. You are in the best hands with Owen as your mortgage broker.
Thank you once again Owen for being what I’d say was our rock, and saving grace during a nerve racking process. You actually made it enjoyable.
