★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fastest delivery ever in Canada! I received my products the right next day I ordered(I live in AB but it's still unbelievable) and even Black Friday Sale shipping didn't take a longer than 3 DAYS. Awesome!
They have a great choice of beauty products and give out good free samples. I wish I knew this shop earlier.
I will keep purchasing my staples here.

Her knowledge about skin and treatment is amazing. I always received my products so quick (it seems the order is being shipped the same day I place it). And I love the large selection offered on their website, I can find any products I need for my skin. I highly recommend Loshen & Crem !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was grateful to visit Sarah at Loshen & Crem yesterday at her new, stand alone location. I was absolutely blown away. She is finally in a luxury location that matches her expertise, products and service. Her website has come to life! The space is filled with cultivated products that she has researched to the point of knowing what will work for not only individual skin types, but also allergies (mine) and yours. Once you get over the beautiful space, the actual facial is second to NONE. Sarah is obsessed with not only your skin, but the experience you have while you are there. I was asked if I prefer flat water or sparkling - and it was take out of the fridge before the facial was started, so it would not be "too cold". Sarah talks just enough to get to know you as a person, but not enough to interrupt the amazing service she is providing. I have learned more about my skin from her, in the last 3-4 years, than I have from dermatologists!! She has also taught me to appreciate both the subtle signs of aging while trying to do what I can to look my best. Finally, Sarah has never pushed me to purchase products. Not once. I do not receive a list of "what is recommended for me". I have to ask her what she would suggest. Her low pressure approach, and analysis of what I am already using, shows me she is a skin expert - not a sales person. Edmonton is truly lucky to have this woman, and Loshen & Crem, among small businesses to support!!!
